Well equipped, efficient and professional

This company delivers outstanding services with a absolute human touch and empathy for people. I am writing on behalf of my family. A family member of mine was diagnosed recently with stage 4 cancer. He was in and out of hospital, but for the time he spent at home we were looking for a hospital bed for his convenience. We got in touch with Maximed to rent a bed from them. They were out stock but informed us they were waiting for new stock to arrive shortly and would make one of those beds available to us. We paid the deposit and the first months rent and signed all paperwork. Then unfortunately my family member passed away two days before we could take delivery of the bed. When they were informed they immediately refunded both the deposit and the rent. The professional and friendly assistance we received from them was a vrey positive experience for the family during our difficult time. We will recommend them for their excellent and sympathetic service.
