The service was very fast and friendly, but then I realised that the part was for the wrong vehicle. They told me that they will replace it, but the delivery time is 2½ months. They had no problem to issue me with a credit note (and would probably have re-imbursed me if I had asked.) I am now waiting for the call to inform me of the arrival which would change the rating to 4* or 5* depending on the follow-up.
