Very disappointing customer service. We called the technician to come check out a problem on one of our office computers and he confirmed he'll be there the next day. From 8:00 till 13:00 I struggled to get anyone from Mattelo on the phone. Both Wellington & Paarl office phones ring and no answer. Eventually when I got a hold of the technician, it almost sounded like he forgot to come take a look at our pc? The least he could have done is picked up the phone and notified us he'll be running late. Only the next day (two days later) they assisted us. When you assist customers, you go out of your way helping them, not make it sound as if I'm making my problem yours.Although I would like to thank one of the other technicians for assisting me so well. Thanks William!

Very frindely and helpfull but stock very little products.

They help but the smiles are very scarse. I got the impresion they are angry for disturbing them.

People were very friendly and more than willing to help me with any issue I had,on the day i needed and after the job was done they did a follow up which was great so i highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance computer wise.

Went to the one in Paarl this morning for advise on something, and the guy was so arrogant and rude. He didn't want to help me at all. If i could give 0 stars for service and his attitude i would.
