Clicks Pharmacy Long Street

There is parking alongside the road and the clicks store is located amidst business offices. This clicks is not a very big one it is smaller than most but does have a good option of items. There is the makeup section as you walk in with the tills to your right. I feel that the store could use better airconditioning as I had experienced some heat waiting in the queue to pay for my items. This store has a pharmacy and an on site nurse. The nurse is very friendly, she was absolutely delightful and has one of the most amazing personalities ever. Thank you so much for your excellent and professional service.

Terrible attitude and customer service from the manager on duty this morning. Came strolling to the door with her coffee in hand saying she won’t be able to open because the pharmacist is not there, meanwhile the pharmacist who is a locum had been standing there for over 10 minutes knocking with no one to open the door for her.That lady clearly does not embody the Respect and dialogue value of clicks.

Came to do an antibody test - very quick and easy. Staff super helpful and got my results in 10 mins. Make sure you book online so that you on the system and you can skip the queue!

I would really like to commend one of your staff members at Clicks Cape Town Long street.Thank you to Aaisha for always making a visit to the pharmacy a pleasant one. she is so efficient, so professional and such a pleasure to see when walking into the pharmacy knowing she is there to assist you.I have dealt with a few other employees in Aaisha’s absence, and what a mission it has been. They always find something wrong with my medical aid or ask me one thousand questions like it is my first visit, and they take forever to book out a prescription. It’s such an annoying and a time-consuming visit if Aaisha is not there.You should value staff members like Aaisha, she is an enormous asset to your business.

i was at the store less than an hour ago. a wellness assistant was there and ready to assist.unfortunately i didnt get a her name.however she was a great help and i want to thank her for her patience,her kind assistance and advice. it is much appreciated.

Clinic never stick to their appointment times. You will wait 15mins plus on your booked slot and then still be met with incompetence and excuses, this has happened repeatedly. From now on, will book somewhere else
