Estate is well laid out and nice. Only 2 real issues is the constant running water from some meters and fire hydrants and some kids are throwing stones in to the swimming pool.

This is one of the worst experience I’ve had about real estate.After Sales is the poorest I’ve ever seen, dishonesty and over charging rates and bills . No privacy , you find people getting naked at the back of your unit , shouting and making different kinds of movement . Power outage and Water Outage including heavy bills(not loadshedding) .Materials looks nice but after 6 months you need to repair every now and then . This is a worst investment to think of . I would advise anyone interested not to go for the look as it’s deceiving .Many thanksSamuel

My mum lives here…4 days without electricity due to underground cables being burnt and no help what so ever from anybody.I called myself and was told they will contact me back but no call came back…fridges and freezers full of things gone bad…pathetic place..won’t even give it the one star

If you're willing to pay for your own security, installation of CCTV, chasing after Galencia and the managing agent they chose, deal with unpleasant home owners association that none of the owners know...then yes buy at Mont Tremblant. It would be your WORSE investment you've ever made!!!
