Purchased a brand new home from Power construction in 2017. From my very first day of occupation there has been issues. They spent around 3 months fixing snags, and these are only the ones i was aware of. Door handles mounted skew and incorrectly, walls not skimmed straight or smooth. Gutters mounted to wall with tiny screws in massive wall plugs. Foot prints on my garage floor concrete, garage roof sheeting screws not tightened, was leaking by the first winter. Floors are not level, patio pools because there is no fall, this is just a short list of everything that I've had to fix myself. I swear they have cut every corner and taken every short cut in order to maximize thier profits. It is 2022 and still issues arise. This evening my hanging space in my cupboard collapsed. The rail was mounted with 1 tiny screw. At least each month I discover some sort of problem. Disgustingly poor workmanship, I cant imagine what the quality bigger jobs or tendered work must be.
