Every appointment was perfect and so much fun, no hassle or fuss and the dresses were absolutely stunning! Dealing with Chantel at the Cape Town branch was an absolute pleasure! My bridesmaids were happy with the wide range of dresses to choose from and I was happy that they had the colour I wanted (emerald green)! My bridesmaid's dresses fit perfectly and they were comfortable throughout the whole day. I would definitely recommend Hoiden to anyone looking for bridesmaid dresses.

So pleased with their services. My bridesmaid dress is truly beautiful. They have online services for your convenience. However, they are also available to engage with you both online and in person should you be lucky enough to stay in an area where they have stores. The staff is professional and accommodating.

Overpriced and dress I ordered was not delivered was disappointed by Hoiden on numerous occasions and poor communication. I overpaid for a dress which was nothing like the dress I ordered. Will never use them or recommend them. stay away

Very nice dresses, but a lot of miscommunication and unnecessary stress contributing to an already stressful event, which included losing emails" and sending the wrong dress from the manufacturer. The ladies in PE were very helpful to try rectify the situation

A LOT of miscommunication and unnecessary stress. I've ordered bridesmaids' dresses online, when my order arrives in Cape Town, it did not look like the website photos at all, but felt natural, and decided to just leave it but one dress was not what I asked for, and had to send it back. I was struggling to get the same green bow ties as the bridesmaid dresses so the receptionist was so kind and arrange the green ties but when the bow ties arrived in cape town they made blue instead of green and told me they couldn't find green and made BLUE instead!!! Long story short they made new once and now they made me pay the courier charge because apparently, they made the bow ties 3 times. If they made the correct color from the beginning this could have avoid a lot of issues!!

Hoiden Cape Town made the dresses for my bridesmaids for my wedding this year. The service I received was so professional, fun and just an all round breeze! The dresses came out beautifully and just as I had imagined. Thank you so much for the incredible and stress free experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone .
