Friendly staff and drive through was very quick. I thought we will wait long because there were lots of cars. To my surprise the line was moving.The Staff was also very friendly.

Extremely poor service. Waiting time for order is 30+ minutes. Staff not even informing me what the hold up is. Will definitely not visit them again

I have been buying there for years but lately the drive through makes mistakes. I repeated my order twice but the girl still got it wrong. I had to drive back to get what she missed. My advice double check your bag. It's obvious though but I was in a hurry and assumed it will be correct.

They don't even deserve a half star. Worst customer experience in life. No one cares how long the drive thru queue is and had to jump off the car and get inside the kiosk where I saw everyone was confused not knowing what they where supposed to do. Someone can choose to stand and shout to the guys at the back and talk non related stories

Chips wernt fresh an coleslaw wad terrible. Couldn't eat it. Chicken was exellent though.

I buy the same meal for lunch for myself and my staff everyware else for around R50, per person but here it cost R75.pp Makes no sense. To spend more money for the same food, rather support

Service was quick quick..try their drive through. They need to pay attention to the food the deliver..for instance, I ordered 9 pieces and all the piece were side breast and a center breasts..no thigh..just for you to know..thats a boring selection of pieces, especially when one orders more than 5 pieces.

WORST KFC that I have visited. And this isn’t the first time that I’ve had a bad experience at this kfc.In George street, strand , opposite food planet in strand.Drive thru takes forever , they say that the chicken will take 7min, waited almost a whole half an hour and then the dunked wings weren’t up to standard , only for me to have food poisining the next day ( not sure if the chicken was prepared nicely ), sore stomach the whole day & runny stomach, couldn’t focus on my work.The service is also so poor , the employees don’t inform you why it’s taking so long. Other people waiting in the drive thru also got out of their cars to see what’s happening and what the holdUp is.
