Don't visit this store if you are not willing to wait unnessesary long times in ques.I was able to count 17 P&p employees around me, but only 2 to 3 tills open.... As always...They were all having a ball of a time chatting to each other.....The ones that were open, couldn't care less about the clients complaining and waiting in the row. I have spoken to management in the past but they didnt even lift themselves from their chairs....PICK & PAY can learn from Checkers in this regard.I blame the store manager for this.

30/08/2022. They only had 4x cashiers at 5pm which is the busiest time of the day. The express cashiers were closed just after 5pm. I waited 20 minutes just to pay for 1x item. The management of the store need to use their brains and have more cashiers at peak times and especially at month end OR stand to loose customers.

We went there on 31 Aug. No baskets available, neither any trollies. I'm wrong as the only trolley there was packed full of plastics and no one prepared to unpack. Find a trolley outside if you want one" we were told. Goodbye P & P

Bought groceries, brought 2 of my own bags, got home and saw I'd been charged R1.15 for a large carrier bag. Your cashiers are deliberately ripping customers off. I have called you but no answer. Really not impressed with you.

In my whole entire life I have never been to such a badly run store, Thursday morning there’s renovations going on granted, cashiers a chatting busy with gossiping with packers , in my till the packer even bent down lying on a till as if she’s intoxicated or sick at 10:30 am , I greeted your cashier she didint even greet back , Ques were pilling up for no reason as your cashiers are just on a go slow.I won’t be surprised if that pick n pay turnovers are low .No integrity or work ethic in that store.Sorry I will never visit that store.

Very bad service, My wife and I went to the store and bought a few things,when we got to the till(till 10).The cashier named Khanyisile Ngwenya was very rude and raised her voice at my wife and i then at me when we asked about the pice of the goods that she already scanned. Customers come to support your store not be abused by your staff and besides that we are paying for the goods,you'll are not giving it to us for free.This is really unacceptable
