I cannot kneel or bend my knees. A friendly employee, forgot his name, left what he was doing to come and help me. He patiently assisted and even went the storeroom to get me what I wanted. From where I entered staff greeted me friendly and cashier Ntombi assisted me with a similar attitude. Thanks guys.

I feel like there is definitely potential. The dressing rooms was hard to use, as the staff needs to unlock a cubicle for anyone wanting to use one, and it's a bit of a hassle. The staff could also be a bit more understanding, and the store layout doesn't allow a lot of movement. The clothing range isn't bad, but not as extensive as other clothing stores.

I accidentally forgot my clicks shopping bag( worth R840) in the Pick e Pay clothing shop at Kolonnade! I went back this morning and the friendly staff gave it back to me!!!! I am so thankfull!!!
