Being my first time getting something big i had no clue how the whole thing works.I contacted them and immediately got assisted by Ugen. He followed up through out. Received my cargo and am happy.

I imported a car through the SBT company. When I ordered it I ensured that the price included the shipment from Durban to Gaborone.When the car arrived in Durban our SBT agent connected us to one of KZN custom clearing agent. Then1. It began to be a racket : We had to pay KZN for the clearance and shipment and insurance to Gaborone. And then we had to pay another company in Gaborone for the clearance of the car in Gaborone.2. The car that arrived in Gaborone was damaged, and some items were stolen: key, sound bass system, a sd card without which the sound system can not work. Where items were stolen, there were sand and oil on the carpet. We contacted SBT agent and KZN agent. KZN agent immediately offered to send us the pictures of the car that were taken in Durban. Both agents ensured us that the theft and damages will be reimbursed.KZN agent never sent us any pictures. Moreover both agents did their best to make our complaint the longest as possible, even after 6 months stopping answering us. When we ask KZN agent to the phone to get the pictures, she always found something: can you give me your order number again"
