I had a hair coloring service at The Treat Nails and it turned out beautifully. The staff is knowledgeable and experienced, and they really listen to what you want.

I had my hair styled at The Treat Nails for a special occasion and it was absolutely gorgeous. The stylists really listened to what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations.

The Treat Nails is the perfect place to unwind after a long day. Their massage services are particularly relaxing and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting.

Late review as I did my nails for a first time at The Treat Randburg in October 2022. The service was disappointing- the lady at reception was professional but the other nail technicians were quite rude and had an attitude problem. Had a manicure and pedicure done. The artwork on the manicure started chipping off after a week. Overall below average service and definitely would not recommend.

The hair and styling services at The Treat Nails are some of the best in town. The stylists are knowledgeable and always make me feel like a million bucks

Anyone who knows anything about Joburg is that this is where you get your nails done expeditiously. I can’t mention names but some of them are slow but overall it’s awesome

I have been going to the the Treat for a year now in Rosebank and usually go for the same style everytime but today they charged me so much more extra than normal. The service was terrible, the staff are sleeping by thier stations the lady at the front desk was so rude. They do not have client service in there best interest, I was very disappointed by the service in general.

Don't get your hair relaxed there. They absolutely know nothing about hair and will only damage it.1) A relaxer is a chemical that stretches the hair and your hair is most weak when the product is on. The lady kept using a fine tooth comb to straighten hair with relaxer on. Had a lot of growth and this was very uncomfortable.Due to the vigorous manipulation with a fine tooth comb while we were waiting for the relaxer to work where my scalp also kept getting scratched, it ended up reacting to the relaxer quicker and we had to wash it off in less than 10 mins.2) Post the wash, she went and put the hair dryer on maximum heat already even though the hair was still very wet, thus further making my hair strands weaker.They also don't invest in heat protection and moisturizing products. The same hair food she applied to the perimeter of my head before applying the relaxer is the same one she wanted to use to moisturize my hair. Like what nonsense and cheap skate behavior is that yet you charge R250 for the relaxer???3) General hygiene is poor. She used a towel that was already used on someone else to wipe my hair after washing the relaxer off as it was not dry.Long story story short, if you are going to relax hair there then it's at your own risk. I even got a scalp burn which I hadn't sustained in years .It was my first and last time there . I highly don't recommend it for relaxing and I hope to find a salon that actually knows about hair, is hygienic and invests in relax products around joburg.
