My mother had a life threatening medical emergency while on holiday in Morgan Bay. Alderson paramedic and ambulance responded quickly, stabilised her and got her to the nearest hospital in East London. They also did the 6 hour transfer to her home hospital when she was fit enough. Every person we dealt with was efficient, empathetic and most professional. I hope we don’t need to use them again, but if I needed help in an emergency I wouldn’t hesitate to call on them. You guys have my gratitude!
