Heather Hensley Interiors

We engaged Heather to help with the interior of our renovation of our home. It started out well, however did not end well. In the planning process I requested certain very specific things, she would then supply designs in terms of her ideas and not what I requested and charge us for the extra time to change the design to what we requested initially. She could never give me an estimate when I asked for quotes from her more than vague hourly charges. When I set a limit to her fees of over R100 000 she became antagonist and unprofessional in her dealings with us and refused to engage to complete the work we had commissioned through her. Very disappointing.
