I had the most amazing time. Nicole is lovely. The cooking class itself was an authentic and comforting experience. Even folding the samoosas was therapeutic!At the end of it all, Nicole shared her personal story and left everyone inspired and hungry to go for their dreams. Highly recommended. :)
