Absolutely shocking service. Coffee machine goes in for a service, get called to collect and on arrival see the machine is in a terrible condition. They agree to fix it. Have it back for a week and the service they apparently did notice comes up again. Been emailing for 3 weeks with no repose except for emails stating someone else will contact you. At this point even Eskom has better service delivery

Very poor service. I ordered coffee 2 weeks ago and still waiting. They said I will get it the same week but still nothing, they didnt even gave me a tracking nr... several emails and msgs sent, no reply
