Thank you to Ivan and team for sorting out my generator, it is now running like a dream. The best appliance repair centre.

Sent in my fridge freezer to be repaired as the freezer was freezing up. Went back three times. After paying over a R1000. was told that it was a different problem that would now cost me over another R2000. Each time it was returned it had exactly the same problem. All friendliness disappeared and although the problem was never fixed I was told that the cause was now something different to what they repaired. I am not a fridge mechanic and surely if you send in a fridge for repairs they should know what they are doing and quote and repair on the original problem.

Repaired our broken Kenwood bread maker, found the part, sorted it out with the minimum of fuss and at a great price. 3rd time we've used them (Previously for vacuum cleaners) and have been extremely happy every time. Highly recommend.

Went past to try get details or a quote on repairs-parking a nightmare on the road. Overall the whole place seems a bit suspect, area is unclean outside shop, dirty and grimy all around-how are we supposed to trust people to repair expensive appliances if they cannot even keep a clean and welcoming environment.

Awesome customer service and great workmanship. Dont mess around trying to find better prices. Bergens in Greenside is prompt and convenient and do the job as required first time.

Excellent service. Needed something removed from inside my washer/dryer. They collected and removed the required items and promptly delivered the very next day. Very affordable and efficient.

I have had the most terrible experience with Greenside Appliances and it's still continuing. The staff members have lied to more than once and I have been waiting for my washing machine and tumble drier to be returned after being promised it would be delivered two weeks ago. When I call the shop, I hear how the staff members are yelling at each other. The saddest part is that I was told that my appliances would be delivered to my house as soon as I made the payment of more than R2000. I did. Once the payment was made, I was then told that they were still waiting for the parts. No call backs or updates. Every time I have to follow-up. When I said that the quote for the tumble dryer's repair was too high, I was asked what my budget was ?? Having had the same problem a while back, I also knew what the problem with the machine was. The thermometer. But according to Greenside Appliances it was the entire board. How do I know for sure that I am going to get the dryer back with the original, working parts. I believe one should support small businesses, but heckity, if this is the kind of service one gets ...

My microwave works but won't heat, fault started on weekday and cause of work, i cant fix. Microwave needed and on Saturday, went on Google to find out where i can repair appliances in Randburg. Most were closed on saturdays but Greenside Appliances was open, called them, explained my problem and I was asked to bring the microwave. Got to their shop, enginneer discovered its a broken fuse, cost me just R50. I am impressed by the integrity and sincerity of these guys. They didnt cheat me or give me a ridiculous quote. Just R50! Thanks Greenside Appliances.
