Good afternoon everyone,I'm really disappointed about the service that I receive here,firstly we are over crowded and the aircons are not work, secondly I have been in queue for 30 minutes and when the cashier is supposed to serve me they say they don't have chicken,I have even tried to see their MOD to atleast try to present a team member at their entrance to avoid this thing because is annoying,lastly they team members are not wearing mop caps while they are serving us,I'm still gonna do GES because I can't tolerate such service

My niece got hurt by that metal, was a chair seemingly but it was left bare with its sharp metal sides she got a cut, we kept asking where is their safety officer, how can they leave a metal bare nd that sharp uncovered? I hope they removed that metal or covered it as a chair.

I have never seen such a bad service from a KFC in my life. Nje, I waited for an hour for just a box master. They don't update the calling system. You literally have to ask a person standing there if your order is out. Hhayi bo!! No, you can do better.
