Making cappuccinos with box, long life milk probably goes against franchise standards. You pay the same price across the board for a cappuccino, yet you get a sub-standard product. Box milk is cheaper, so who is getting that sneaky little differential amount, given that you charge the same as your other franchises?

No Vida Vitality smoothie available. My second choice was not available either. I ended up asking the cashier what was available. She told me she needed to check which of the items on their menu was available. With limited smoothie options available, I ordered the Strawberry Supresa and I am happy to say that it was good. I really feel that whatever is causing the 'not available's', need to be sorted out urgently.

Staff needs training in customer service and preparation of the food. The girl helping us was chewing bubblegum while talking. The food is not on the same standard as other vida e caffe’s. Will not be going back.

Staff is very unprofessional - zero customer engagement experience with friends visiting behind the counter. Not the normal Vida E vibe at all. Ordered a smoothie - ice separate from the peanut butter and absolutely no flavour. There were also flies sitting on the food in the “windows” Emailed the manager as a first point of contact, but just received a generic response and a free coffee. Not at all the outcome the I wished to achieve. Hoping they will up their standards as I love Vida and frequently travel this route

Very bad customer servicesWhere i work we have two vida e caffe on campus the best customer service.But Piketberg really needs to work on customer services and for young people i was very disappointed.And my food was cold not nice at all
