Rudest lady working at the estates. Evelyn Maki, you don't know how to treat people. Best of all, I'm not a racist. Why do you have to be so rude?She also doesn't understand her work. How I battled, been to court 3times. If your deceased parent received an sms on their phone regarding the very same account, how can you tell me its not related to the deceased?She does her work as she wishes.Thinking I am not trustworthy, when I have ALL the proof!!!!!!!

Building is filthy and dilapidated. Everything happens slowly if at all. Be sure you have a lot of patience and even more time on hand.

The public protector offices are are nice, very polite and assist in every questions and help you need. Clean too

Husband almost three hpurs there only him and someone else but no help at all

17 January 2023, met the rudest public servant ever at court. Was there for maintenance court date, sat upstairs for almost 4 hours because security directed me to go there, after the wait I finally asked some official there and he directed me downstairs, sat there for half an hour without being called again, after a while a lady came out of the maintenance officer's office, I tried to ask her, that lady was so arrogant answered me while walking ,like Haha the magistrate has already left '" I was so annoyed but stay calmed and knock in the office where she was going to ask her how can a public servant be so arrogant to their customer. Do they not train them on customer care? How about the basic Batho Pele Principles preached in government offices. As a public servant myself I was so disappointed and feel sorry for other people who have experienced the same treatment ."

Service at this place is so bad. You get the 6 in the morning and only got assistance after 1.
