Why is the Retreat Post Office closed before 5pm? Trading hours indicate 8am-5pm. This is unacceptable.

These people are unethical and rude! Doesnt matter what time of the day is is. They have no peoples skills at all. I I wanted to give it a half star, but it wont allow me to.. i will will encourage others to rather use the post office in Blue Route Mall. MUCH more nicer people!! Atleast at Blue Route you feel welcomed when you walk in...

The place is not always busy but can be at times,depending the time of day you go.otherwise the service i have received was good..keep it up!!

Tried to go this morning. Website said it opens at 8am. Got there 8.20 and all closed up. Tried calling but no answer.

Friendly and efficient staff. To the Manager Sharon who went the extra mile to sort out my mom's old age pension. I thank you and commend you. This woman even transported my mom home, as I mentioned to her my mom was asthmatic and could not walk home and I needed to go back to work. Brilliant customer service and taking care of your elderly. Best service and you need a reward.

Worst customer service! I had my parcel come to retreat post office on 2 occasions and both experiences was not good.Not very friendly staff and always offline
