Worst NWJ I have ever been to.I walked in there a make a purchase for my dad and was willing to spend quite a lot of money but was treated like I could not afford anything. I was absolutely discussed in the way I was treat that I just walked out the staff are more busy on their phones and with each other and are definitely not interested in customers at all I was very disappointed and will never go back there again.

The best thing in this pavillion store is dealing with Liz she was excellent, however, the other staff were dismissive and extremely unfriendly. I was shocked at how we were treated even during the purchase, like we were taking up their time and they were doing us a favour. . A smile and some friendliness and KIND assistance won't cost them a thing. My mum is 71 and was purchasing something for her granddaughters birthday and while the price was good, your service was absolutely pathetic. Remember your customers deserve better. Purchasing jewelry is normally a happy experience, but we kept quiet and walked out of the store saying to each other that we'd not return to this branch again.

Friendly service by the gentleman

I visited the Pavilion Branch today. I never came across such arrogant and disrespectful sales consultants and Manager. I will never recommend this branch if you have a query or trying to purchase an item.Im still reeling from my experience of today and i dont have words to describe their attitude, arrogance, ignorance and disrespect.No customer service at all.

Below is an email I sent in March and received no form of response.Good day, hope you are well.Over the weekend, my fiancè and I went to the store to get my ring (which was purchased there at the beginning of the month) resized as it was too big.The saleswoman that assisted us, (I didn't catch her name) was extremely unpleasant to deal with, that I actuallyended up walking out of the store.I explained that we needed the ring to be made smaller because it falls off while working. The saleswoman looked at me as if she didn't believe a word I was saying, and insisted that I actually should move up a size. My fingers were swollen because of the medication I'm on, so it was more snug fitting. As I was showing her that it was too loose, she kept speaking over me and made me feel inferior. She rolled her eyes and stepped back while my fiancè and I were measuring my finger with the different rings, she seemed as if she was doing me a favour, the way she handled my query. After her continuous rebuffs and speaking over me, even ignoring me and speaking to my fiancè while I stood there, I decided to just walk out. I work in retail so I know how customers can be, but I've never been so unprofessional and rude to a customer, and made them feel like they didn't know what they were talking about.I am so disappointed at the treatment I was given, especially since its the first time visiting the store. I don't ever leave reviews or send emails, but I had to let someone in management know.My fiancè ended up booking the resize, but I would've gone someplace else.Very unimpressed and upset.RegardsC. Disgusting service - we weren't allowed into the store due to the ridiculous Covid restrictions, and weren't even greeted by the clown standing at the door, who pointedly ignored us. This despite us trying 3 separate times to get into the store.I guess the opposition around the corner appreciated our business, because we had no problem spending our money there!

Went in store to find a replacement wedding band, earings and a watch after I browsed some online. The lady was dismissive and could care less. I was told there's nothing they can do and I should look online but then the one online may be different to what I need and I may have to replace it.Mind you the ring I wanted was right there. I definitely wasn't going to spend my hard earned money in place that has such mediocre service. This is strange since every other time I've shopped there the service was great.
