If I can give a negative rating, I would have. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at ANY shop. We took our fridges to be repaired and when we arrived to collect them at about 13:40, we were told that they have nobody to load and that we will have to wait till after 14:00. Seeing that I took the morning off work and had to drive 100kms to collect the fridges and was expected back at work at 14:00 that was just not possible. In trying to (rationally and calmly) explain my situation to the salesperson/owners wife? she lost her temper and yelled at me. Then she questioned my intelligence and continued to insult me (all done quite loudly and obnoxiously). I also have to deal with difficult clients on a daily basis and I live by the mantra that the client is always right and in order to do successful business you should always do your best to help them. This was NOT what happened here. I have never met a more rude, ill-mannered, impolite, disrespectful, churlish, crass or unpleasant person in sales than the woman who helped me that day. I would DEFINITELY not recommend Comptron to anyone who wishes to be treated with common decency.

I took my broken TV there and the service was very good

Had the most poor service. I took my Amp for repairs. After they couldnt fix they didnt put back the original parts back on. Which made it even worse.

Pathetic
