Fantastic customer service. Great prices, even better than alternative products. Replaced my screen at shop around the corner because I couldn't get the genuine screen due to lockdown. Paid much more than what I was charged at Huawei, screen only worked for one day and the screen just deteriorated until it stopped working completely. Don't go for alternative products, go directly to Huawei for repairs or for their excellent products and service. I wouldn't go anywhere else...

Shocking service, I have a laptop in for repair, they quoted, I paid and I'm still waiting for them to fix it. Each time I call nobody actually knows what's going on, today the guy asked if I have been quoted. Really, does the left hand know what the right hand is doing.Very frustrating dealing with them.

Popped in today to check issue with watch not responding ! Lady that assisted was more interested in her PC in the back office than assisting me. After waiting for 7 minutes for her to finish her “game” or other activity she proceeded to tell me that she doesn’t know when the technical staff will be back, (maybe next week or so) So I can proceed to go to the Melrose arch branch if I like ! Really - no service to take my watch in or nothing ? Pathetic - best I move away from the brand if such individuals need to service us !

I took my phone for screen replacement during Huawei service days which they claim you don't pay for labour fees, my back cover had a crack which they said it needs to be replaced and had to pay labour for it, that doesn't make sense to me how can they charge for a part that have been removed from the phone in order for them to replace the screen that's day light robbery, this means that if I was to replace 3 or 4 parts from the phone I'd have paid around R1000 or just for labour excluding parts and lastly the lady who gave me my phone was very rude and impatient.

From our first phone call to the minute we arrived at the store, her service was professional and very helpful. Thank you keep up the great service.
