Effective Blinds and Awnings did the curtains and blinds for my guest house in Kyalami. Perfect blockout for our guests, who have the best quality sleep because of it. Wayne advised on colours and fabrics, and he ensured a great aesthetic look. Highly recommend.Update: they now did an awning over my front door where I had rain water coming through and the sun damaging the door. Their solution was neat and aesthetic and goes with my home design.

I would highly recommend Wayne. We had blinds in both our bathrooms. He suggested the perfect colour to match the tiles, once installed they were easy to clean and looked beautiful. We even recommended him to a friend and they returned praising his workmanship.

The service from start to installation was an absolute pleasure and I never had to leave home. Having two windows which open and a glass centre piece in my kitchen, as well as security and tiles into the window area, and tiles above the window to about 30cms below the ceiling I was advised to install a Roller Blind. To ensure full coverage and no view through the sides when closed a 10cm overlap on either side was recommended. The fabulous choice of fabrics was at hand and the Mink I chose matches perfectly the tiles on my walls. It certain enhances my whole kitchen area, infact I am surprised how much larger my whole area looks. I was also so impressed with both appointments being confirmed by email, arrived on time AND during installation we had load shedding! They were prepared and even had battery operated drills to install the railing!!! I can definitely highly recommend the whole experience with Effective Blinds & Awnings with regard to their staff, quality, timing, communication and results.
