They're helpful

I took my laptop to them around August 2021 for a screen replacement, as my laptop screen was cracked. Up to this point (6 months later), I still do not have my laptop back and I'm yet to receive my refund. I have tried to reach out to them countless times but my efforts have not yielded any positive response. I have written messages, emails, letter but nothing helped. The owner, at times, was rude to me and refuses to acknowledge the bad service I am receiving from them. I tried to be patient with them and it is not helping at all. I have had a screen replacement before, somewhere else, and it didn't take 3 days to fix. This is totally unacceptable and I regret my decision to use this company.I see the owner has responded and as usual, let's talk and after the conversation, nothing happens. I would have to do follow ups and still get no joy. Like I'm being undermined, pushed over and disrespected. I didn't want to come here, but this is one of my last options. I have been asking for a refund for months now and despite demands, he refuses to barge. The stories I'm hearing about the issues he claims they're having, I can write a book. Please respect your clients and treat them with humanity. Never take them for granted, that is bad business.
