They had to fix my fridge/freezer, after about a month we finally got them to come back to fix the fridge again. They say they are gonna be there tuesday and when tuesday comes they never show. This is now the 4th time contacting them with the same problem on the fridge

I have been waiting more than 3 weeks for a quote. Called on several occasions and only got promises that they will get back to me which never happens. Paid R485 for a callout .Seems like they are just after that quick cash.

Terrible unprofessional Service, they are only after call out fee and not to repair appliances. Accepted the quote on 3 May 2023 and to date they haven't contacted me to repair washing machine. Ignores calls, and don't even respond.

Struggled 3 days to get them here. Charged R385 for a completely wrong diagnosis. Quoted R2800 on the wrong diagnosis. I repaired a loose connection on the compressor starter and it cost me nothing.
