If there was an option for 0 stars then I would give it.Ordered and paid for a security camera through the website. Was sent the order confirmation by email and the funds deducted immediately from my card but I heard nothing for a week. I emailed and got no response. When I called I was told the camera I paid for is no longer available from their supplier but I could pay more for the camera from a different supplier. Was told they emailed me and if I never received it their server is faulty (doesn't help). I was told to expect an email with the quote for the additional amount and an option to cancel the deal and get a refund. Email never received. I emailed and requested a refund. 2 days later I received a refund confirmation email and SMS but almost a week later I have still not received my refund.Communication from Ramware is appallingly poor.Beware that the items advertised on their eCommerce store are not held in stock - Ramware seems to be nothing more than a 1-man company advertising other companies products, quick to deduct money from your card but unable to follow through with products at the advertised price.Steer clear.

Bad service and no communication to your order and then you get a mail saying your order is cancelled and refunded, no reason as to why. You send mails they don't even bother replying.

Next day delivery, without me having to follow up. No issues at all.

The staff go out of their way to ensure that you firstly buy what you need and get the best product for the requirement and secondly within the quickest turn around time. Will be shopping at Ramware's online store regularly.

So...This is going to be a long review as I want to put down everything I experienced that way my rating is understood. My order was placed the 1st of June, and the next day the order was updated that they recieved the payment so here I am thinking cool it should be on its way because it was a keyboard and mouse combo, nothing to build or what not so, note it was a Tuesday when I ordered so I thought I would have it by the end of the week....I phone them on the Friday of that week just todo a casual follow up and they say they will get back to me, nothing the rest of the day so I give it more time and phone again on the 8th, they again promise to come back to me, which they don't so I again follow up and get told that they thought they had stock in their JHB branch but can't find it and will phone me back to see if we can work something out like a refund or I get another item... I wait all day without response so I phone again the following day so Wednesday which I am then told a new story that they will be shipping the combo from JHB-DBN-CPT (I am in CPT) I am confused, why would they do this and that they will again phone me back! again they don't so I phone again and I am now told that they are send me my combo from DBN and I should recieve it in 1-3 working days so I am like ok and they will send me the tracking number... They don't. So yesterday the 14th which is the day I needed it I am on facebook asking for the tracking number to follow up on where this package is, lucky for me fate was on my side and I got home and it was there as it was a gift for the 14th so I got lucky. But this order shouldn't had taken as long as it did and yes I have worked for these kinds of companies so I understand when it comes to dealing with suppliers and what not but this took 9 working days for a keyboard and mouse combo, I can only imagine what it would had taken if I had to get something bigger. I am obviously happy with my order beacuse it is what I wanted and my boyfriend is happy with it too but I am not going to be a returning customer.

Poor customer service, ordered and payed but did not recieve package. Called and emailed and I'm still getting no feedback from them.

Guys, we really thought this was a proper scam. Then the goods arrived! It was quite a fast service and the product of excellent quality. May I thank the team at Raware for a great buying experience. Recommended!
