An absolutely amazing service for special occasion dresses! I was very nervous about ordering last-minute bridesmaids dresses from an online platform, but there was nothing to fear at all. There were plenty of options, and each dress was tailored to each bridesmaids measurements and preferences. And the dresses I ordered were stunning! Gorgeous colour, beautiful fabric that didn't crease at all after travelling, and perfect fit. The support from The Maiden team was excellent: they gave really sweet and helpful advice on colour and fit, they replied promptly to all my frantic emails, and the delivery was quick and painless. I have only good things to say about The Maiden. They were so helpful and the dresses were perfect. One of my bridesmaids lives aborad, and another was pregnant, due two weeks before the wedding. The Maiden helped manage this and all the dresses were perfect. My bridesmaids loved their dresses and were so confident and happy in them. I would 100% recommend them!

Extremely disappointed. The lack of interest in a new client was shocking while I had to stand outside and try to speak to a person who couldn't get rid of me fast enough as they are exclusively online only on a website that's not worth the frustration.
