It's okay

Delivered documents internationally. On time as they said it would be, and the cheapest service. The person on the phone was helpful and was a more personal service, spoke to the same person every time and she knew my job without me having to give refs etc. which was handy. Docs were important and obviously felt nervous as im from uk and not had experience with SA courier or postal services before and reading reviews from all companies they all seem to get slated. I have no complaints for the service i experienced and if i were to do it again id use these guys as they did well for the best price and i got quotes from six different companies. hope this helps if youre in the same situation i was, and hope you have a reliable experienceas well.

Treats you on a personal level

Zero reliability, zero accountability, zero response, zero transparency...simply the worst. If this is SA's flagship courier company, then goodnight

zero response, If this is SA's flagship courier company, then good luck with them...still waiting after 3 requests for them to reply but to no avail....useless - dont use them
