Most of the staff is excellent. However, the municipality account I get in my inbox is very confusing.

Had an issue with stop tap damaged by contractors in July. Sent e-mails, called, no luck... then on Monday 15.11 spoke to Winston. Received a call the following day that problem fixed. Go to the top of the class! Thank you for the excellent service, appreciated.

I had a really good experience with the municipality. Everyone was suoer helpful and ehere someone could not help they always directed me to the persin who could.The staff were friendly and I saw at least three or four other customers walking away with a smile after receiving good service. It felt as if the staff was not just there to get the job done but they took a real interest in the people who came in and they went out of their way to be friendly, tell a joke and ask the right questions.I was able to pay my rates quickly, get the sewage connected and sort out the electricity meter in a short period of time. Awesome service!
