Terrible customer service. Sales consultant was very responsive for the sale but never delivered with the products that were agreed upon. We have complained since the day the unit was installed. Consultant schedules appointments but never shows up for the appointment. I was also charged multiple times for items I did not receive.

My experience with Rentokil Pest Control in Durban has been extremely unpleasant and frustrating. Let me start with the positives. When I first contacted them, the response was great and if I remember correctly, the sales consultant came out the very next day to do a site inspection and I received the quote the next day (so far so good). Once I received the quote I made payment and that's where things fell apart. I sent the POP to the consultant, to date he has not acknowledged it. I waited a couple of days and nothing. I then called, he does not answer my call but eventually responded with a text. He told me his assistant will prioritize things and secure a date to come out. Days pass and no call, no email, nothing. I try call the consultant and he does not answer my call or return the call at the very least. I saved his cell number and sent him a what's app message, he reads the message but does not respond. I am really disappointed with the service to say the least. One of my other properties needed to be treated so I contacted another pest control company on Monday and the treatment is booked for Wednesday.If you are busy I don't mind, I am not unreasonable but at the very least return your customers call.I truly hope Rentokil can rectify the situation.
