Wonderful experience every time. The tables are clean, having just been re-clothed. The service is friendly and staff easy to talk to. Admittedly, the free cues are mostly buggered but what can you expect when hundreds of people use them and don't care. A special mention to Phoebe - I left my jumper behind yesterday and even though she couldn't find it, she assured me that she will check with the team and if anything comes up, she will call me. She took my details and she was just very professional and lovely to deal with. Thank you.

The place is very nice, with good tables but always the aircon is having issues. After being there for more than 10 minutes you start sweating. It would be great if they could fix the aircon.

CityHeroes Gaming Zone is a fantastic spot for gaming enthusiasts. I had a blast playing pool in the lively environment. The fact that they stay open late into the night is a huge plus. The addition of a bowling zone and a bar area makes it an ideal choice for late-night partygoers. Highly recommended for a fun-filled evening!!

My brother and I have played pool here a few times and really enjoyed it each time. It costs $20 per hour, the staff are always very polite and friendly. The venue is always clean and the tables are well maintained. The tables are great to play on and the balls run great. There is a great selection of cues available to suit most players. So many reasons why we keep going back.
