Person putting cover on ice cream cones only had one glove and this was directly after handling other non food things. Please work on hygiene training.

I biught 8 pieces of chicken 2 snack burgers, 2 coleslaw salads, a streetwise 2 and 10 dunked wings she packed everything in one bag i took my order, i didnt even get to the parking lot the bag ripped, the food fell on the ground, went back to tell them what had happened she didn't even show any remorse to what has happened, she just asked me wheres the food i pointed outside the attitude she gave me when she came back from picking it up, poor customer service

The first thing I noticed was the gentleman calling out the orders that were ready couldn't be heard above the noise of your air curtain. He called out the order numbers once and then set it aside. Orders were coming out but your customers couldn't hear. The second thing I noticed was ice cream cones were being handled without gloves. While the person had a glove on the right hand, he still kept switching hands. Those were 2 things that I noticed whilst standing in line waiting for my order.Above the complaints, you have a great and polite staff with very neat store.

Disappointed, I don't usually post reviews but KFC KDM Mall is disappointing. Been there several times, queuing for an order minimum 20 minutes when busy.Order at the Kiosk, Wait or order, only to find out we're out of stock upon collextion.Today, I Ordered a burgers and milkshakes, drove all the way home only to find the crunch burger has mayo instead of its usual sauce. Called the manager, her reason was the supplier is out of stock and they(cashiers) were meant to inform us.My problem is that if you don't a main ingredient, don't sell that item and offer a refund.Heck they didn't have straws or the milkshake.This is just one complaint, each visit has atleast 1.Just disappointing.

I'm not happy with the service I got at KFC KwaDukuza mall today. My husband and I took our kids there to buy the special meal that comes with earphones. We placed our order and paid. When we got the meals, there were no earphones. When my husband enquired, they said that they were out of stock and substituted us with 2 cups of coke. Big surprise!... This is not the first time we experienced shoddy service at KFC. Nobody told us when we placed the order that they were out of stock. Nobody asked us if we wanted the substituted cokes. My kids were SO disappointed. Thank u KFC. For nothing.

Neat and tidy plus good choice of various shops.Only distasteful shop there is Checkers. Honestly, it's too full/busy for COVID times and tellers are extremely slow.
