Made an appointment to see the clinic nurse for baby vaccinations. They confirmed the appointment and when we got there, we were told the nurse is not there, we were not the only people that booked. Very inconvenient. Incompetent staff forgot to book the nurse. Not recommended at all. A message or some notification would have been great, not even that. Total waste of valuable time.

Please kindly teach your Stuff on how to talk to customers. Just came to the store to return a product that is causing skin irritations. So what they answered me was there's nothing they can do to assist me even refused to do a return. So as customer am I not supposed to return something if it's causing such thing ???

The worst service ever. Calls go unanswered and when answered its rudeness on steroids. Teach your employees manners especially the female ones. They are at work if they want to parade their unkept behaviors they can wait for after work

I am now shopping at Clicks Menlyn for more than three years (simply because I have to) and I invite you to visit the store to witness the worst service (consistently) in South Africa. From the glaring staff at the door, asking somebody for product assistance, the dispensary as well as the the single person at the till with 20 persons waiting (all in a bad mood) - they all make you appreciate the fact that you only have to go there if you have to. To top it all - try phoning them.Actually quite sad.

Absolutely USELESSSSSS. 6 people at prescription side, but Only ONE person helping people. The. You make it seem like you don’t even know what you’re doing, because it takes over 10 minutes to put one product in a pack with a sticker.Get to the counter, oh surprise only one telling taking his time. How useless can you be as a pharmacy.Management? Clearly NONE! Pathetic. Utterly Pathetic!

Please train workers that are packing. On Tuesday I was looking for Partian M tissue oil, I got the body cream but struggling to get tissue oil and I ask one of the ladies who was busy packing products. Her response was check at the last section and she was really not paying attentionto me..I went there again looking but I couldn't find it. Sometimes we prefer a good customer services hence we choose Click out of all other shop that sell the same product"

Your pharmacy need serious help. I never loose my temper, but if you tell me to stand on a spot and wait 10min line and then another 10min and the counter for service and then your pharmacist gets rude and tell me why am I standing here. And lastly while waiting in line you can hear the ladies having a great time. Sad that nothing will happen.

Made an appointment at the clinic long time ago.. I received a call at 16:54 (post COB) telling me that the sister won't available on the following day where I am supposed to have my appointment. Now I have to make last minute plans.. Are we suppose to remind stuff to cancel appointments in advance?? please make it make sense as professionals.. Disgusting
