Ram Hand to Hand Couriers

Yesterday I received a delivery from Ram Couriers. When I opened the parcel one of the bottles were damaged although it was wrapped in bubble wrap. I reported this to my supplier whereby they duly emailed mail that they will inform Ram Couriers to uplift it from me. At this point I was not too perturbed as these things happen. This morning at 8.45am I received an sms informing me that another parcel from my same supplier(backorder) will be delivered to my workplace before 5pm. I usually work until 4.30pm but I thought I will wait at work until 5pm for my delivery. At 4.30pm I still did not receive my delivery so I called Ram Couriers PE to find out about the delivery.I spoke to Leanne and explained that I work until 4.30pm but will wait until 5pm and if someone can come back to regarding the delivery.I left work at 5pm and no delivery. At 5.26pm I received a call from Raymond from RAM JHB to ask me if they can still deliver. Really now? I told him I left work then he very arrogantly asked me what they must do with the parcel. No apology, no explanation. I said they must deliver when they have the time. He proceeded to ask me if I want the parcel or not. I said ok, mark it as priority given the lack of service from RAM. He said he could not do that. I asked for delivery by 3pm but he could not accomodate that request also. He was still adamant about delivery by 5pm. I told him that I work until 4.30pm and will not be at work after that. He hung up the call. Totally not happy with RAM and will most definitely not them One star is too much.

Worst ever courier company, have been waiting 2 days for a parcel to be collected. Phone call after phone call driver on the way. For 2 days he has been on his way, your service is competing with the Post Office.

Pathetic service!Was suppose to get my parcel yesterday between 8-5pm. They never delivered waited all day. Got an email again today saying they will deliver today but still nothing. Parcel will be returned to warehouse and refunded as they caused a delay.

Appalling service from this company. Been waiting for someone to fetch my parcel for 4 days when the website clearly said next day before 5pm. First package was also damaged on arrival. Port Elizabeth staff and operation need attention.

How do you give a zero star rating?This is the worst courier company in South Africa. I will never use it again.

Very unprofessional Service. My parcel took too long to be collected. Only to be told lies that the sender was not available. Their driver showed up after business hours 18:00. had to follow up every hour to ensure parcel gets collected the next day.

Poor service received from RAM couriers. Staff is not helpful and lying on status of tracking of parcels

Would be great if collection were before 5 on am Friday. This is past business hours and very unprofessional

Delivery scheduled for yesterday, waited the whole day. Today nothing either checked online and says sent to originator. Try calling RAM local reroutes to call centre with answering service then gets diverted to what i can only assume is on hold music that is completely distorted and then just cuts out. 3rd attempt I get a queue for over 20 minutes. Exceptionally poor service in a modern day world where service is the only thing defining you.Would not recommend anyone use this service should they wish their heart rate to remain below 200 bpm.......

Well not sure,they tried calling me, couldn't reach me although I had no miscalls... After two weeks of getting a bit worried, anxious about where my order is,called them,mind you had to now change my address,cause at that time used work address,so now had to change to home address since my leave started.. say few days after that eventually received my order,close to 3weeks after planned delivery date.
