They dont pay attention to curbside pickups, twice in the last 3 weeks I've had to call in the store to get my order brought to me in the bay. Yesterday I actually had to call into customer care to get their attention. By the time I got my food it's cold and the patty was stupid dry.

Very bad experience, even the Manager insisted that they must give me wings and that chicken request can not be done. You pay but they decide what chicken pie es to give . The attitude of all the workers including the manager is pathetic. I won't recommend their service at all.

The cashier was very slow, I don't know if she was still training or what. And she was the only one at the till while the queue was very long. Finally got my zinger wings, but they were so dry, like crackles. Never going back there again

There drive - thru service is pathetic.. They let you order and drive past to wait in the parking lot for your food. Up to 30mins!! Happens alot.

Today we went and a lunch box and a zinger meal there were no salts and ketch in and for a drive through we had to wait almost a half hour for the food in a parking area in front of Kentucky and the food were cold the lunchbox were supposed to have a wings with they didn't have and offered nuggets and there were one nugget in i am so disappointed why are they doing this the bugers were horrible prepared until now i struggle that they must call me regarding bad service i must call after them. Thank you Zama from customer service who attended to my case. And for Carmelita5 at KFC Pleinstreet Eersteriver who called back to assist me and asurre me she as the manager will look into this matter of being a client who can support them still thank you again Zama and Carmelita
