The staff are really friendly, and helpful. They take their time with repairs, tho. Between this place, Victory Motors and King Price, they cost me over R10 000 in unnecessary that nobody wanted to take responsibility for. All just claiming nobody was to blame, yet they could explain how the problem came to be. Something just magically materializing into existence, and then finding it's way into your manifold is apparently a thing.

I had broken down in secunda yesterday as the pipe on my volvos turbo had blown off. Christopher a young man with a blue ford tow truck stopped to offer assistance. He called the office and asked if he could tow me two blocks away to my house. He towed me to my house where i explained to him what happened. He got under my car and fixed the problem for me within 3min. So thank you to car doctor and Christopher for the assistance. I will for sure recommend you guys in the future. Christopher definitely deserves recognition as he was very polite, helpful and very professional. Thank you.

They said 5 working days i ended up waiting 3 weeks! I only had a bumper smash....sectri autobody previously took 4 days with 10 times the damage...Will never use them again......

Had to get quotes for a third party insurance claim (I approached Car Doctor, Sectri Auto Body and Car Star)Sectri Auto Body and Car Star both quoted me within the same dayIt has been nearly 3 weeks where I am waiting for Car Doctor even after numerous phone calls confirming my email address and giving them my whatsapp number still no quotes - I had to submit the claim with just two quotesUtterly disappointed

Is there an option for 10 stars? From the friendly staff, to professionalism i am pleased to say that this is one of the best panel shops in secunda. I've had the most pleasant experience from quotation stage all the way to pick up of my vehicle. To Kimmy, Chris, Joone, Nico and team, you guys have treated me more like family. For that i am forever grateful. The workmanship is on a whole different level. OEM Plus for sure. To everyone I've missed, please forgive me and thank you once again.
