Horrendous experience. Paid for a 55w UV Clarifier and 20x Koi brushes in October 2018, before the pond was built. (Apparently to beat the price increase). On 1 March 2019, when the pond was finally completed, I was told these items were never ordered. Two weeks later, I requested a refund. Received an email saying they don’t do refunds.I have numerous emails and WA messages to prove how unprofessional they are.STAY AWAY!

So, I had a serious issue with my pond when my family and I went away for holiday. Came back and my pond was pea soup. All my fish were suffering from ammonia poisoning. Gave the guys a call and even though they were busy they made a huge effort to come and medicate my fish ... and it was quite a drive. Really awesome service and highly knowledgeable.
