Not professional, non responsive, my matter have been with them since 2020 and the blame game is on the Master of the high court. I made a call to Rehana in September 2022 and till this day never received feedback and when I called back today 28 Feb 2023 I received sarcastic remarks/comments and a man at the office told me I must listen to him, who does he think he is because last time I checked I paid money to cover the service I have to receive that I am not receiving from this firm.
