Level-7 has only delivered to the fullest each and every time I have dealt with them. Not only are their servers the best in South Africa on fibre but they also know what they are doing and are friendly to deal with. Richard, Pieter, and Edwin in tech as well as Jessy in sales and Leah and her colleagues in customer service is doing an absolutely wonderful job. Please continue to be the best IPS in South Africa

I'm very happy with Level-7.My fibre was installed on the same day of my application 3 months ago.I had a connectivity issues today, and within 15min of speaking to a support consultant, my issue was resolved.Great service!

Worst customer service ever!Their staff are beyond incompetent. They are very quick to promise you the world when signing you up but cannot deliver on any of their promises.A standard installation takes 2 weeks, this is just to delivery router from Centurion to Pretoria East with a courier company. The solution according to the arrogant customer service agent is to get in my car and collect the router from their offices, if the 2 weeks are to long to wait.The internet connection seems to be good so far.

Best service I have heard of! I had no problem with installation from sales request to connection in a week! Family has it too and their ongoing service continues to be excellent. I am happy to give them 5 stars. They even got Telkom to send a technician out so fast, im not sure how.

I have waited with my review because I first wanted to see how things will pan out with Level 7 service. But today I can honestly say that it was the best move ever. Since 8th of May 2023 we have been using them with not 1 single issue. Wifi always working and online. Excellent network.
