Delicious food. Best ice teas. Friendly waitresses and surprisingly good coffee ☕ Only lose a star because the area and parking is not the safest. Best Dish: Chicken Espetada with Peri Wedges, absolutely incredible!

Not a pleasant visit. This store did not have beetroot and feta on their menu. Secondly the cashier wanted to charge for extra sauce on chicken at price of R10. That's pathetic seeing that store owners pay just over R20 for a full chicken. Other stores offer extra sauce for FREE. Thirdly the store is notwell managed. No soap in dispenser at wash basin. I had to inform them of their duties. Fourthly the staff sings out loud in the bathroom. Which should NOT occur at a food establishment especially if you staff. Would I return? Not a chance. Keep up this sort of pathetic service and I'm sure a Burger King store would take your spot.

Store is always neat and tidy.Service at counter when ordering is most times friendly and efficient.The grill operators do not always get our orders done as requested so we have to send our meals back.The waiter who attends to us is always so warm and pleasant, and tries his best to get our order done the way we prefer.Overall I would say this is one of the better stores we have been too.

Went there for lunch, staff not very professional when dealing with customers and very loud as they shout at each other when they talk. Not a pleasant experience. Car park is full of vagrants and bogus car guards who hassel customers for tips. Why dont the restaurants get together and Hire a formal security guard to control this which in turn will be attracting more customers. I for one wount be eating here anytime soon.

This is the fourth time they have given me rotten chips. Not ordering from here again. They are stealing the fresh chips for themselves and giving the customers the rotten chips.

I've had such a terrible experience with Nando's Norwood. I placed my order via the Uber Eats App and only received my order about 2 hours later despite living 10 minutes away from the restaurant. This was extremely disappointing. Definitely will not be ordering from here again.

One of the less then satisfactory experiences. On Friday, 01/07/2022 we ordered through the app online but on collection we were told there was no order like that, followed by a Next Please!The staff are never this rude and only after making a bit of a loud scene, did a manager come out to talk to us. After a few apologies and going back and forth to look for the order, the order was found and completed. The whole experience was totally uncalled for and the attitude of the cashier and manager, although apologetic, was in no way professional nor helpful to say the least.
