Mintys Umhlanga has been fitting 5 year old manufactured tyres under the pretense of them being brand new.In a period of 2 years I have had 6 brand new" tryes replaced

Fast and efficient service, just let down by poor customer service. Was served by one nice and friendly employee, then served by one rude and uninterested employee.

The service was excellent. They have very friendly staff and their very efficient.

I highly do not recommend Minty’s in Umhlanga. The manager “Shan Singh” of the branch was extremely rude, unprofessional, entitled and trying to rob customers in broad daylight.The branch had fitted 3 Goodyear tyres which were manufactured in the middle of 2022 and 1 Goodyear tyre which was manufactured in the fifth week of 2021. This is an extremely large date gap between the tyres and it seemed that Minty’s was trying to get rid of old tyres.When I had requested that the single tyre be replaced, Shan decided to laugh in my face and tell me that it was stupid of me to request the tyre to be changed for a difference in the manufacturing date. He proceeded to argue with me the customer and try to justify why I was stupid to ask for the tyre to be switched out.I once again highly do not recommend Minty’s Umhlanga due to the incompetence of the Manager in particular.ALWAYS CHECK THE MANUFACTURED DATE OF YOUR TYRES.

As usual, very efficient and professional service from the staff at all levels. Highly recommended tyre and alignment centre. They also have a large selection of aftermarket alloy rims on offer.

Fast and efficient service, reasonably priced

I will not use any other Tyre shop again. The efficiency of the staff and product knowledge was fantastic first class service well done Misty's.
