Good workmanship but in my opinion very expensive. Over R200 for a 2 x 2cm ladies heel.

Had a pleasant experience. I recommend them for would be customers!

We need specialised shoes for my daughter, and they are the only place with the skills to help us.We also had them customise shoes for Olympic Weightlifting which they did exceptionally well.Will always go here.

I was looking for the wheel for a favourite suitcase that I damaged in 2019. Kalay Ramnarain from this store went above and beyond in a quest to help me find the correct wheel and courier it to me in George area. When it got here it was the wrong one but she immediately corrected it and has dispatched the correct one at no extra cost. So incredible to receive long distance customer service of this calibre. These two pairs of shoes are 10 years old and it looks like new. Unbelievable.

Pathetic service ! Started off so promising , I now regret my decision to use this company . My shoe was sent and recieved on the 12 August 2021 , it is now 21 October 2021 and still no sign of the shoe . Keep your customers updated regularly if you going to be experiencing delays!!!

Super happy with the workmanship. Resoled my Strassberger boots and somer pick up some new laces from them. They have a nice selection of soles to choose from and even have Vibram soles. Top notch shop and service

Type of work done on my shoe and belt was rough and undesirable.On contacting the shop I asked for assistance to fix my belt.The attendant requested I send a photo over WhatsApp of my belt that needed repair.She did not respond to the photo - I had to contact her at a later stage by phone to get feedback.When I entered the store the staff seemed relatively pleasant and I left hopeful that they could have a look at my shoe and belt and let me know what work would be done.I later recieved notice that my shoe and belt were ready for pick up - I expected that they had managed to restore both without hassle.I now have a rough nail hammered unevenly into my belt buckle that could have been fixed differently and black stitching in plain view on the side of my lightly coloured sandal which has made the shoe look undesirable and no longer able to wear it as before.I would have appreciated having this work communicated to me first before going ahead with the repair so I had a choice of whether I wanted the rough look but fixed shoe(and I found the missing part for my belt during this time in which case I could have repaired the belt easily myself).When I expressed my disappointment they still charged me the full amount.They did offer to stitch black lines across my other shoe to make it just as undesirable.I would have been happy to have recieved any form of communication(even if just over WhatsApp as we had communicated before quite easily) to inform me of what would be done if work done would be detrimental to the appearance of my items.I hope this is feedback is considered for future clients as I will not be one of their supporters.
