The product range was good, and the store assistants were knowledgeable and gave great advice when you finally found them. The service sucked! The store was almost empty but wandered around for a good 20 minutes; the first 5 we were looking around, the last 15 we were looking for someone to assist us. I even saw assistants going to help people who came in after us. I felt unseen and, at some point, deliberately avoided. Got beautiful tiles that looked exactly the way I envisioned when I bought them, waaaay too much too much for my order, I have an unopened bag left and one 3 quarters full. I will give them another chance, but my first experience left a lot to be desired.

Had an enjoyable experience here. At first, I was left unattended for a while after walking in, but I was okay with that because I was still browsing and I think the staff were busy.Melody eventually came to help me and she was very helpful. She also tried contacting a store closer to my home town for me to get some big items there. She was very helpful, patient, and friendly as well.Store is spacious and clean.

Nice range of wall and floor tiles. Unfortunately not keeping much stock for immediate collection when needed.

Fantastic service. In and out in less than 5min. My order was ready and waiting in the loading zone immediately after paying. The selection of tiles and bathroom accessories is by far the best in the east rand. Staff are very knowledgeable about their products

This shop had great variety and choices of titles but the service was simply the worst I ever experience. Took 5min to do the payment but 30min-45min for collection and this is just only for 1 box of tiles. What service is this! Even worse I returned it (since I found out they were too small) and they accidently gave me too much refund amount but after the refund was made I EFT them back to the certain amount to keep it fair. The staff needs to catch a wake up next time.Never going there again.

good ctm good service.Do just be careful with some of the guys sitting outside, one guy named Joshua advertised as tiler, plumber , electrician etc but totally messed up the plumbing and hot water channeling in our house. Extra expense to sort out really broke our budget
