This could be turned into a 5 star complex but small things are missingThe security opens for everyone residents and non residents which becomes unsafe for the residents if the security have no control to start with .I would like to belive that each and everyone has a cell number to the gate but surprisingly it not put into use because everyone is allowed access inside.if the management could implement a rule whereby every resident opens for themselves unless they ask and severe questioning and screening of non residents even to an extend of asking them to contact the person they are going to to come get them. If that is looked into vierbergen can be the best place to beQuiteClean and well organized

I went to view one property. The complex looked good but I didn't like that property at all. So small for that price.

It's a lovely complex

The garden needs maintaining and also the visitors parking are limited

not happy with thee caretaker and the way things are done.certain individuals seem very nosy in complex..almost no privacy
