Terrible terrible terrible experience. This McDonald's staff is unorganized and unfriendly. I waited 45 minutes just to fries and a milkshake 45!!!! MINUTES. I did confront the Manger and she didn't even try to resolve the matter or atleast give a complementary drink or snack. Do not come to this McDonald's. Terrible and disgusted on how their staff and food is served.

My order included a regular strawberry milkshake, the entire time I thought there was ice in the shake only to finally open up the shake and find a bottle squeezer cap at the bottom of my shake.should this have been my child or any other child's shake it could have resulted in a choking hazard.This is unacceptable and very unhygienic!!!Very upset customer, Please ignore the star as i was not able to post my review without rating it.

My husband got went to the drive through and he forgot to add a meal. So he wanted to add it from the payment window...ge was told to drive back and rejoin the queue. How pathetic . Food quality also went to down and dodgy characters roaming around

The Spicy Mcfeast had Big Mac patties on it. It was alot smaller than usual and there was very minimal spicy sauce on the burger. Really sad presentation. Chip had very little salt and the soda had NO gas at all.I'll probably visit Foodlovers next door, next time.

The managers(Aaron)attitude is putrid, I would never want to return to that placeWhen probing about the app as it gave an error and advised to speak to management he got annoyed and become rude. As a result I left with no food and my points were never given back to me on the app.Please for the sake of that franchise find a better manager because that guy does not know how to deal with customers. Can someone please teach him about customer service and how one should be representing a big company such as Mc Donalds.

The manager is an extremely unprofessional and has zero etiquette. He has no idea how to speak to customers or resolve conflict. I have had numerous encounters with him and he is extremely rude. He is very arrogant and does not deserve to be a manager. I feel sorry for anyone that has to encounter him. His name is Aaron. Incompetent is an understatement

They got my order wrong at the drive-thru and when I tried to correct the guy he disregarded what I said and proceeded to put the order through. The door was closed when I went inside to tell them that they got my order wrong and the guy at the door was extremely disrespectful. I got to the door and the first thing he said was What?" And when I explained the situation to him he told me to go through the drive-thru again

Considering the time of night that I went through the drive through. The wait was very long. The person who took the order was not very friendly and didn't speak very distinctly. This made it a bit difficult and I had to repeat myself to confirm that she had the correct order. When I eventually received my drinks, it was wrong and had it rectified immediately. The meals were good considering that my family didn't complain. The service can definitely be improved to create a better and friendlier atmosphere.
