The service is very poor, I literally spent two whole days in the store trying to get a laptop on the store account. The workers for the cellphone networks contracts are never around which forces you to take the store credit.

I was there just now, the date was 20 December 2022. A guy by the name of Xolo was constantly on the company phone while helping me. I could here it was a social call, he wasn't speaking to a customer. I left the store and just gave him a few minutes to finish with his important stuff. I had read reviews about this strore before but I now I've seen it with my own eyes. I will never buy anything from incredible connection unless they are the only one's with stock

Store hours are incorrect or not being adhered to as @17:30 today all is locked and no person in sight so thanks for a wasted trip. Visited the same store and recieved no service a week ago, but lesson learnt now and no more visits from me.

Service is slow, you wait and wait and wait even when the store is empty, the person you need is always somewhere else not at the store. The first person who was supposed to help was fetching a trolley, then I dont know where the manager was when it was time to authorize
