Being followed and watched all the time by the security guard was just super annoying and uncomfortable. Every time I turned around the security guard was there to check on me. It was definitely not a great shopping experience.

Clicks Pharmacy Northridge Mall
I went in there this morning to compare prices and to buy some essentials. Not only did the cleaning lady almost mop over my feet while I was looking at the soap prices but she was also extremely rude towards me when I wanted to get some roll-on. Although I was planning to buy some items there as it was buy far the best prices, I will never set my foot in there again. I will rather spend my hard earned money at a shop where the customers are welcome and have access to all the products.

On Wednesday 1 February 2023 at 15:40 Ms. Sello stood at the cash registers and was extremely rude toward me when I thought she was going to help me. Her tone of voice was unacceptable and if that is how Clicks at Northridge mall is doing business I would not support them anymore. I would be very disappointed if I found out that my staff has treated a client like this. Even treating other people like that outside of work is unacceptable. Clicks Northridge mall will not see me again.

Northridge mall was the only mall in BFN where we had not to deal with criminal pakistani immigrants selling mobile phone covers and irritating jews selling all kinds of fake health and beauty creams, until now! The people at the temporary (I sincerely hope that it is going to be temporary) DNA whatever stall across from clicks is a real unpleasant irritation, trying to force your customers to buy their products - to such an extend that we avoid going to Clicks and total sports. This makes for a real unpleasant shopping experience. Please remove them from your mall, we do not need these kind of irritating vendors at Nothridge. Thank you.

Brilliant staff. The pharmacy staff Gerhard, Geraldine and Chantel are always helpful, friendly and accurate. They go the extra mile and it's always a lovely experience visiting there. Completely COVID compliant.
