An absolutely sincere attention to detail and keeping things fresh.Sabine is leagues ahead of other instructors I've experienced. I've attentended dozens of movement classes such as yoga, pilates, stretch but none have come close to the level of care Sabine places on correct form and ensuring that you're set up for long term success.Highly recommended for all ages and skill levels.
